Evidence, filed with the record
A photo, a screenshot, a receipt or a voice note goes up with the entry and stays attached to it. Stored privately, readable only by you, and only ever through a link that expires.
A pattern you can show
The front page counts everything and ranks the three clauses it happens on most. Six months of scattered messages becomes one dated list with the clause numbers on it.
One account. Yours.
A tracker belongs to the Google account that opened it, and to nobody else. The other party is not given a login, is not notified, and cannot see, edit or delete a word of it — this is your record, not a shared one. Sign-in is Google only, and no other account can reach a word of yours.
